  • Sharon Bondurant

    Sharon Bondurant


    Sharon’s experience began in the recruiting field over 20 years ago when she answered a newspaper ad for a “no-experience-necessary” sales position for a local staffing company. It is hard to believe that when she first started recruiting for the IT industry, the only things on her desk were a telephone and phone book. She instantly fell in love with the field and has not looked back since. Because Sharon’s passion lies in the recruiting industry, she has, and always will continue to to stay close to Tech Finders’ clients. Not only does she oversee the big-picture strategy of the firm and overall leadership of the team, but she is also out in the community building and cultivating relationships with business leaders and top local organizations. Sharon started Tech Finders in 1998 from a spare bedroom in between her infant son’s naps. Sharon has successfully led the organization through two recessions, and her team just had its strongest year to date. Today, Tech Finders has 16 staff members, helps hundreds of reputable companies find top talent, and is #1626 on the Inc 5000’s fastest growing companies for 2014. Sharon received a bachelor’s degree from ASU. She lives in the North Valley and is a proud mom to two teenage boys. Their weekends are packed with hockey games, football, hiking, and gym time. In her spare time, she loves weight training, competing in fitness competitions, reading, traveling, and crossing off bucket-list items.

  • Kristy Bach

    VP of Branch Operations

    In her role as Vice President of Branch Operations, Kristy is responsible for the general operations of Tech Finders and providing a consultative approach to staffing for clients and candidates. She absolutely loves what she does and feels privileged to lead a team that is the absolute best and most passionate team of recruiters in the valley. With more than twenty years in the staffing services industry, Kristy’s experience spans from front-line sales and service responsibility to high-level strategic analysis, planning and implementation. Her areas of specialty are: strategic program development & implementation, recruiting, sales, sales management and sales training, team leadership, P&L development, management & attainment, and forecasting and budgeting. Kristy enjoys her family, friends, community involvement, running and exercising in her free time.

  • Donna Dietrich

    Donna Dietrich

    Divisional Managing Partner

    Donna brings a passion for recruiting Human Resources professionals to the Tech Finders' team, and heads up our HR Finders division. She is an extreme relationship builder and has a huge network here in the local market. Our team jokes with her that she knows just about everyone in Phoenix (and their mother, brother, and sister). Prior to joining Tech Finders, she had a very successful career with several staffing firms over the past 15+ years and played a key role in filling many searches in the Human Resources function. Donna is a veteran in both contract and direct hire placement, enabling her to find creative solutions for her clients' staffing needs. An involved mom with an active family life, Donna has served at her daughters' school as PTA President, Homeroom Parent in addition to volunteering at her synagogue. She is also actively involved as a Career Coach with Fresh Start Women's Foundation. Donna is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

    In her role as a senior partner with Tech Finders, Kerri is responsible for new business development, account management, and recruiting. She truly enjoys every aspect of “full-cycle” recruitment and working with our client partners and job seekers to represent them both effectively. What gives Kerri the greatest pleasure is making a difference in the lives of those we touch and seeing that impact turn into a long-term fit. With more than 15 years in the staffing industry, Kerri has experience recruiting for temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire and retained searches spanning a variety of functional skill sets and industry verticals. Her placements have included highly sought-after executives, managers, and high-potential professionals for Fortune 500, middle-market and growth-stage companies. Kerri has a Bachelor’s of Science in marketing from Arizona State University and lives in the Phoenix area with her husband and two children.

    As a senior recruiter for Tech Finders, Eric strives to find top-notch talent in a variety of fields. His passions include providing excellent customer service, a strong desire to help others secure opportunities, and ultimately change people’s lives for the better. Before joining Tech Finders in 2008, Eric was in the restaurant/hospitality industry for more than ten years.

  • Laurie Ruegamer

    Laurie Ruegamer

    Sr. Managing Partner

    Laurie brings more than 16 years of experience in various industries to both HR Finders and Tech Finders, including; event planning, web-based social marketing, assembling network databases and multiple philanthropic endeavors. As Tech Finder’s utility recruiter, Laurie is responsible for attracting, screening and selecting qualified candidates for human resources, information technology, sales, marketing, administrative and executive level positions. In conjunction with her experiences and education, Laurie has developed an exceptional background in organizational structuring, project management and a professional style based on excellent interpersonal communications and the ability to effectively utilize her extensive networks. Laurie’s recruiting career started in 1997, and for 10 years she has donated her time to various NFL team charities, while supporting her husband on the playing field. Her most notable accomplishment was the creation of their 501(c)(3) charitable organization, Ruegy’s Readers, Inc. Laurie not only helped establish Ruegy’s Readers Inc., but was responsible for planning and running its annual fundraiser to benefit elementary school libraries. Laurie re-entered the recruiting industry several years ago and joined the Tech Finders Team in 2012. Laurie is a graduate of the Arizona State University School of Business, with a degree in Human Resources. She is committed to family, friends and improving the places where she lives. She is excited about combining her experiences of event planning, recruiting and philanthropy work to compliment her Tech Finders’ team. Laurie is also an active board member of Gabriel’s Angels.

  • Dawn Boxberger

    Payroll Coordinator

    Dawn is the consummate operations expert. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, with a major in Marketing and a Minor in Business Communications. Previously, Dawn served as the Operations Manager for Pinnacle Engineering, where she was responsible for finance, accounting, payroll, banking, etc. At Tech Finders, there isn’t much that Dawn doesn’t do. As our Operations Coordinator, she ultimately keeps our business running. Specifically, she manages creative marketing initiatives, all finance and accounting operations, consultant communication and compensation, and holds responsibility for all of our internal reporting needs.

    Syed is an expert in locating top talent in the IT staffing augmentation industries both locally and nationally. He brings the intangibles of a consultant background where high paced volume meets high demands, and expertise to support startup, small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 clients. A lost programmer, Syed found his way into the world of Recruitment at the beginning of 2004, and hasn’t looked back since! Born in Pakistan and raised in Saudi Arabia, Syed lived in Iowa and Wisconsin before finally settling in Arizona. Committed to social services and proud to be a blood donor, Syed dedicates his free time to volunteering with non-profit organizations, fitness, attending live music festivals and sporting events. An avid classic, alternative and indie rock music fan, his favorites bands are Foo Fighters and The White Stripes. Syed is bilingual in English and Urdu, and has a limited conversational understanding of Arabic and Hindi languages.

    In her role as Marketing & Brand Manager, Rachel is responsible largely for the social media and general marketing to the public eye . She also handles the internal recruiting as the team grows largely due to the fact that TF made the INC 5000 list in 2014, was named the #1 Technical Recruiting Firm by Ranking Arizona in 2013 & 14, and has a steadily growing clientele. She absolutely loves what she does and feels privileged to be a part of the best team of recruiters in the valley. Rachel’s first job out of college at UB was the role of a recruiter. Having loved the world of recruiting, she decided to rejoin it again after spending some years in pharmaceutical sales. She is also the proud owner of RPM Spin, a glow-in-the-dark cycling studio in Grayhawk! In her free time, Rachel loves to run and be active, cook, and spend time with her husband and friends.

    Originally from the Windy City (Chicago), Doug moved to the valley in 2007 to pursue his education through Arizona State University. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a minor in Business in 2014. As a recruiter for Tech Finders, Doug utilizes his customer service mentality to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates with one common goal in mind; helping people achieve their personal and professional goals. “It is my goal to not only present you with opportunities that meet your professional needs, but also that meet your personal needs. I am not just another recruiter. I am your business consultant and partner that believes in listening to what you want and helping you get there in an effective manner.” –Doug.     Shaun recently joined Tech Finders, in 2015, with over 5 years’ experience as an Executive Recruiter in the insurance industry. Prior, he had played collegiate and independent professional baseball. He enjoys playing golf and softball in his spare time as well as discovering all that Scottsdale has to offer.
